Dayton Pagan Festival 2025

Prospective vendors will need to submit an application and then receive an approval email from us prior to paying the application fee.

Be sure to get your application in quickly as vendor spots can fill up quickly!

Application fees are non-refundable. Please wait until you have received confirmation that your application has been approved before making any payments.

Approved vendor applicants will need to pay the application fee within 3 days of approval or they may have to reapply for approval.
